About the wine
The history of the Leitz family winery from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744 and is still one of the best in Germany today. How nice that they also have a non-alcoholic white wine. Much more than just a compromise!

Tasting note
The new ONE-TWO-ZERO Blanc de Blancs is reminiscent of the “real wines” with delicate tropical nuances such as star fruit and limes. In terms of smell, we find juicy herbs, honey and gooseberries and enjoy the beautiful drinking flow of this non-alcoholic variation. The ideal drinking temperature is 9 °C. It goes well with balmy summer evenings, relaxed afternoons in the garden; or simply put “for any occasion and good food.”
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 12°-14°C.
Vinification
Gently dealcoholized using the latest cellar technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is heated to a maximum of 27°C, which causes the alcohol it contains to evaporate. Due to the low boiling temperature of alcohol in a vacuum, the most important flavor remains.
