About the wine
In the glass, the Pošip Ego enchants with its beautiful green-yellow color. The wine smells fresh and seductive. The aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit as well as stone fruit and citrus fruits are interwoven with the finest notes of Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied on the palate, but at the same time elegant with a refreshing character, crunchy acidity and a salty-mineral aftertaste.

Culinary recommendation
This wine can accompany summer lunches and dinners from starters to main courses. Young cheese, seafood appetizers, fish, crabs, shellfish, molluscs. After dinner, you can continue drinking it alone.
Vinification
Some of the grapes are gently pressed after harvesting, the other part is crushed at a temperature of 5° Celsius for around six hours. The two batches are then combined and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18° Celsius. The expansion is also carried out in steel tanks
