Septembre Pinot Noir Bourgogne AOC 2022 - Maison Edouard Delaunay

Deep cherry red robe with rich intensity. On the nose, a delicate, fruity bouquet unfolds with aromas of cherry, plum and rhubarb, accompanied by floral notes such as violet and lilac. An elegant shade of pine resin gives the fragrance additional complexity and combines harmoniously with a fine, sweet almond note. Spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg as well as a touch of oven-warm bread complete the olfactory picture. An impressive richness on the palate. Delicate aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry come to the fore, supported by a lively acid structure. The present tannins still look youthful, but promise harmonious development. Subtle wood notes of cedarwood and cinnamon accompany the long, dynamic finale.
