Tasting note
Pale yellow robe with a delicate sheen. On the nose, a fine, elegant bouquet with fresh, floral notes of verbena unfolds. This is followed by subtle notes of pastries and fine wood, reminiscent of brioche with praline filling and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate, a round yet fresh start, supported by well-structured, harmoniously integrated tannins. A distinctive mineral tension provides depth, complemented by precise, lively acidity. In the aftertaste, red currants and raspberries combine with a touch of graphite.

Asian cuisine, especially with a vegetable wok with curry and coconut milk or a pad thai.
