Tasting note
Deep purple to violet, wonderful cherry scent, accompanied by subtle bitter almond aromas, concentrated and dense dolcetto with finely polished tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty dishes such as pasta, risotto and stew, but also with roast pork and grilled food.
Vinification
15 days of fermentation at 28° C. and twelve months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
