Tasting note
The wine is dense, with a firm structure, but not exuberant or even lush, deep dark violet red, violet notes typical of Blaufränkisch and blackberries, also light cassis notes, a long-lasting finish that shows the elegant spiciness of Blaufränkisch on limestone soil. Only available in a magnum bottle!

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Diving Horse Blaufränkisch passt perfekt zu Kalbsfilet, Pilzrisotto und Pasta mit Steinpilzen. Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 14°-16°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2030.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Über 60 Jahre alte Rebstöcke der Einzellage Hussi (Muschelkalk). Strenge Selektion im Weingarten. Spontan vergoren im kleinen Holzgärständer (85% gerebelt / 15% ganze Trauben). Ausgebaut im Halbstückfass der Fassbinderei Stockinger, österreichische Eiche.
