About the wine
Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with up to 80-year-old vines, which are skillfully and patiently cultivated. When harvested, only the best grapes are selected, which have been allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Tasting note
The figurehead of Schola Sarmenti: The Primitivo Dicotto from 80-year-old vines - of enormous strength, dense, yet elegant, great! Intense ruby red. On the nose, intoxicating aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes, complex, spicy roasted aromas. On the palate, velvety aromatic notes, perfectly integrated tannins, which give the wine a good framework. Very long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: Goes perfectly with risotto, pizza and brasato.
