Tasting note
Overwhelming scent of ripe tropical fruits, pineapples, bananas, lychees and linden blossoms. The wine is creamy, soft, juicy and flatters despite a very high concentration.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various types of blue cheese — from Gorgonzola to Roquefort to Blue Stilton. A wonderful accompaniment to dessert — from light and fruity creams to sweet pastries and heavier desserts.
Vinification
Made from dried grapes (180° Oe), which are partly infested with botrytis. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.
