About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta de Soalheiro has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny landscape in Vinho Verde. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Das isch Läbe Weiss BIO, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
Intense colour, full and velvety aroma, complex on the palate and with vibrant vegetal notes in the finish. The harvest took place early (12.5% vol.) and the wine underwent partial biological acid degradation in chestnut barrels, the traditional barrels of the Minho region.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, sushi, salads and light fish dishes.
Vinification
The Alvarinho grapes are grown organically and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and characteristic minerality of the wine. The aging takes place on fine yeast, which gives the wine additional structure and complexity.
