About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Pinot Noir 2020 Cuvée Terre de Sienne Coteaux Bourguignons AC. The loamy, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Dame Jeanne knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Pinot Noir can be served very well with cheese or duck.

Tasting note
The first vintage of this cuvée made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gamay. A red wine to drink young and in the best sense of the word uncomplicated, easy to drink. Sulfur free, not brightened and not filtered. With inviting aromas of red fruits, juicy berries and cherries, framed by fine floral tones. On the palate, again, with wonderfully juicy fruit and only a subtle, almost silky tannin structure, as the maceration period was only nine days and the maturation took place completely in stainless steel tanks. ONLY 836 BOTTLES PRODUCED!
