The wine-growing regions of the French winery Château L'Ermitage stretch across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Tasting note
The playful aromas of the Cuvée Sainte Cécile A.O.P. of blackberry, bread and jam express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of blackcurrant and chocolate reveal their own character. Its elegant crimson is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your guests will confirm it. A fruity red wine with a medium-strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure balanced with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
A few words about vinification: The vines are 35 years old on average. This cuvée comes from a selection of the best soils and oldest vineyards in Jérôme Castillon. The fermentation lasted 15 days and the wine matured for a month in partly new French barriques.
