About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Kerschbaum conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. This dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 — Cuvee Impresario is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or pizza with mushrooms.

Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of Cuvee Impresario of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. The playful nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then show their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its complex structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks. Pump over the mash several times a day and infuse the pomacehat. 18 months of aging in new barrqiues, 2 months of aging in large barrels.
