Serpaia di Endrizzi’s Cuvée Dalis Rosé is fresh, juicy, and effortlessly charming. Blending Teroldego and Sauvignon Blanc, it’s a lively, easy-drinking rosé that fits perfectly with casual gatherings or simply unwinding after a long day.

Tasting note
The fresh and elegant Endrizzi Cuvée Dalis Rosé shows many mineral notes. Peach colors with purple-orange reflections. Intense, beguiling and long-lasting scent, with notes of elderflowers, wild strawberries, raspberries and tomato leaves. A wine with good structure, sparkling acidity and a pleasantly long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Appetizer, with light appetizers, fine fish or Italian dishes. At any time! For pure joy... including rosé, of course.
Vinification
Manual harvest after a sharp reduction in yield in summer. The teroldego grapes are cooled down to 10°C in cold rooms, then gently destemmed and separated from the mash after a few hours. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel with pure yeast and brief refinement under batonnage on the yeast.
