Crépuscule 2024 - Gewurztraminer Macération AOC Alsace 2024 - Terres d’Étoiles

Light orange. Spicy aromas of fresh and candied citrus fruits, pepper and delicate anise notes. Rich, deep and complex, with a clear freshness and an elegant, slight bitterness. The wine was made from Gewürztraminer from very old Hunawihr vines, including plots of Grand Cru Rosacker. 15% Chasselas and 5% Riesling give this orange its freshness and liveliness. The pressing is carried out with 25% whole grapes and 75% destemmed berries. This is followed by a five-day maceration period, after which the wine matures for a further six months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without filtration or additives.
