About the wine
The private sparkling wine cellar Reinecker is located in the wine town of Auggen in the heart of the Markgräflerland region. Winegrowing was carried out here as early as the 8th century at the time of Charlemagne and wine has always been grown in the vaulted cellar of the Reinecker family. Since 1987, all wines have been refined into top sparkling wines under the direction of Herbert Reinecker. The result is traditional, classic and very elegant sparkling wines with the highest quality standards.

Tasting note
A typical Blanc de Blanc: bright lemon yellow, the bouquet is fresh and floral, with notes of white fruits and citrus with a hint of brioche. A light and convivial sparkling wine with a fine perlage and a supple, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful aperitif sparkling wine with nice freshness, also with hors doeuvres and fine and raw seafood and fish appetizers (carpaccio, tartare, oysters).
Vinification
Separate harvesting and vinification of each grape variety. Temperature-controlled fermentation in small steel tanks, the best wines (up to 20%) in small, mostly older oak barrels. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle (Méthode Champenoise). The sparkling wine matures in the bottle for at least another 3 years before it is shaken and disgorged.
