About the wine
The department in southeastern France with the capital Privas in the Rhône-Alpes region was named after the river of the same name. The climate is Mediterranean with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The vineyard covers 7,500 hectares on calcareous and sandy soils. The wineries belong to the wine-growing region of the Rhône.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie and salami, vegetarian dishes, grilled red meat.
Vinification
An explosive fruit composition, a real wine for convivial moments. The grapes are pressed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place with local yeasts. Daily movement and one-time refill. Aging in cement tanks for about 20 days, not clarified. Ageing for 4 months in cement tanks on fine yeast.
