About the wine

Only founded in 2007 and already on everyone's lips, already producing the best Swiss wine (wine newspaper 2011) and praise and laurels wherever you look. And as is often the case, it is special minds who stand behind the success. Dr. Regamey, Alexandre Challand and James Paget dedicate themselves to the smallest details in Corin-sur-Sierre in Valais, animated and obsessed with even the smallest details, nothing, but nothing at all, is carelessly treated here. And so about 20 different wines are vinified from just 7 hectares of the best locations - farmed according to biodynamic principles! It is the subtle differences, the characteristics of the sites and vines that are finely and precisely worked out here, as usual only in Burgundy. Great characters who undoubtedly belong to the best that originated in Switzerland! Name or not - Histoire d'Enfer - you are in wine heaven.

Tasting note
Mystical journey through the night. First, almost exuberant, a warm series of lights and feelings, dark fruit, currant, plum, sweet, milk chocolate, coconut, lust and flesh, then ever further out into darkness, deeper darker, spice, ash, warm waves over and over again, and ever deeper, cooler, darker the shadow realm. In flight on the palate, still carried by the dark, sweet warm fruit, security, warm light, soon increasingly more reality, shades of gray, sparse, dark minerality.

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Aging only partially in new small wooden barrels.
