About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this snappy Sagrantino 2012 — Contrario IGT! Fertile and blooming landscapes in Umbria give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Antonelli conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Sagrantino with lamb shoulders or pizza.
Tasting note
Bright ruby red color. The inviting bouquet is extremely fruity. On the palate, pure, fresh fruit is also in the foreground. Acid and tannin are harmoniously combined and complete this characterful wine in an exemplary manner.

Vinification
10-15 days of fermentation on the skins, malolactic fermentation. Spontaneous clarification, unfiltered. 12 months aging and maturing in stainless steel tanks, 3 months assemblage and clarification in cement tanks, at least 4 months bottle storage.
