Tasting note
Even Cava skeptics will recognize that this wine is exceptional! Light golden yellow, elegant scent of white flowers, a bit nutty yeasty with a hint of wax. Creamy mousse, soft, some fat with good acidity, nice yeast and fruit again, lasts a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The sparkling wine tastes best at slightly chilled 6°-8°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2015. Flaschenpost team tip: It goes perfectly with pizza, pesto and strong cheeses.
Vinification
Early harvested grapes from cooler, north-facing areas. Harvested by hand and carefully selected. Whole grape pressing, only the first pressed fractions are used. First fermentation in 1000 liter barrels, then second fermentation in the bottle and aging on the yeast for 18 months.
