Tasting note
Intense bright purple color. On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of ripe, red fruits. Raspberries, plums, black currants and soft spices complete the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced and elegant, fruity. Nevertheless, Cómplice appears voluminous and strong. The tannins are soft and the acidity is beautifully balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, red meat and cheese.
Vinification
Manual harvest, mash fermentation in steel tanks, aging in barriques for 6 months.
