Tasting note
The bouquet of this Ticino specialty is fruity, fresh and intense. The nose reveals a range of aromas: peach, white currant, passion fruit, floral impressions, herbal notes. It is a white wine made from red grapes, which has both the lightness and freshness of a white plant as well as the structure and class of a red one.
