In 2004, exactly 400 years after Galileo Galilei discovered a supernova, the name of the wine was determined.

Tasting note
Intense purple, smells of ripe berries, accompanied by spicy notes and vanilla. On the palate, it is very harmonious, with pleasant fullness, fine fruit melting and round tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game and ripe, spicy cheeses
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks, aging for 15 months in barriques and in large wooden barrels.
