Tasting note
The nose, as intense and complex as the aroma palette presents itself, gives rise to many things. The sensory impression in the Clos Fontà bouquet confirms this: it is the harmony and profound structure that particularly characterize this cuvée in this vintage. Elegance and content, velvety tannins and fruity structure are not mutually exclusive a priori — the opposite can be sensorial in this successful blend. The interplay of structural elements reaches spheres that are only reserved for great wines. It is a pleasure and a pleasure to serve this plant, whose qualities will even be accentuated after a few years of bottle aging.
