About the wine
Ruby red color with purple reflections, intense and persistent on the nose, shows aromas of wild fruits, spicy, soft tannins, strong, good body, velvety with a soft finish. Goes well with: red meat, and aged cheese

Tasting note
Even at the winery, care is taken to carefully select the best grapes. This wine is then aged in the heart of the “Cirò”, in the beautiful vaulted cellars of the winery. Its name is reminiscent of the ancient deity Liber Pater, who, according to legend, enriched the lavish festivals in his honor with the scent of Cirò wines. Intense on the palate, complex of red fruits, violets & spicy notes; soft tannins, perfect harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat dishes, spicy appetizers and aged cheeses.
Vinification
The wine is aged in barriques for 8 months.
