About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio Bonelli is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside. Tasting note
This Chianti Classico comes with an intense ruby red color. The nose is characterized by scents of berries, cherries, thyme and leather. Dry and firm taste balanced by the delicate sweetness of French oak.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salami, grilled meat, medium-spicy cheese.
Vinification
Traditionally in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (26/28°C) with the help of daily conversion. During fermentation, maceration on the skins for a further 10 days. Then 10 months in small wood. After bottling, a further 3 months in the bottle.
