Tasting note
Shiny salmon red; red berries on the nose, notes of flowers and some spice. Full on the palate with pleasant fruit sweetness, ripe raspberries and good supporting acidity. An invigorating summer wine and versatile accompaniment to food.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, poultry, barbecues and grilled fish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are mashed in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 24 hours. Further fermentation and subsequent expansion are also carried out in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
