About the wine
The vines are 35 years old on average. The yield per hectare is 42 hl. This cuvée comes from a selection of the best soils and oldest vineyards in Jérôme Castillon. The fermentation lasted 15 days and the wine matured for 9 months in partly new barriques. The Château LerMitage winery in Saint Gilles was discovered for you in 2002 by Marc Landolt on the occasion of his trip to the south of France and the top cuvée was added to our range.

Tasting note
Intense salmon red. Fresh aromas of wild berries on the nose. Very balanced, soft and powerful on the palate at the same time. Fresh aftertaste.
