Château des Sarrins Rosé Côtes de Provence AC 2025 - Domaine des Sarrins

In the middle of the Provençal hinterland of Sainte-Maxime and Cannes is Domaine des Sarrins, the second winery of renowned champagne producer Bruno Paillard. Organic farming produces excellent wines, such as this classic salmon-colored rosé from the Grenache and Cinsault varieties, supplemented with Syrah, Mourvèdre and Rolle. It delights with its fruity citrus and apricot notes as well as its spice and is therefore the perfect aperitif or accompaniment to antipasti, Italian, à la Provençale or Asian-inspired.
