Tasting note
Die Aromen des Château de Vullierens Chasselas Grand Cru von Blumen und Kräutern drücken viel Komplexität mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Danach zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette ihren eigenen Charakter. Leichter Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den Weisswein, welcher im Mund jede Menge Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Goes well with aperitif, oysters, seafood and mussels.
Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Monitoring the degree of ripeness to determine when to harvest, limit yield, harvest and select by hand so that the berries remain intact.
