About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly landscape beauty of Eastern Switzerland, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Erich Meier masters with a keen sense of texture. Tasting note
Velvety, mineral, fresh bouquet; quince, banana, chalk, delicate roasted aromas, mint leaves. Elegant palate with fine, creamy fruit, ripe acidity, very long, fresh finish. Can still gain.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Chardonnay goes well with poultry, fish with herbs and soft cheese. Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 10°-13°C.
