Tasting note
Color: Beautiful yellow gold with shiny reflections Nose: A fresh bouquet of acacia, almonds, fresh butter and vanilla. Mouth: Soft and round Subtle notes of wood can be tasted on the finish.

Goes wonderfully with an aperitif or dessert.
Vinification
Process that pollutes the wine significantly less than other extraction methods. This process allows alcohol extraction at temperatures below 30 °C, so that no impairment of the wine can occur. The wine is heated to 29°C. At this temperature, the alcohol starts to boil and slowly evaporates. Overall, this process takes only a few minutes and is therefore very gentle on the wine. The computer-controlled process guarantees optimal and very accurate dealcoholization.
