Tasting note
Elegant and fresh with intense aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers, accompanied by fine mineral notes. Dry and harmonious on the palate, it impresses with balanced acidity, ripe fruit and subtle minerality. The lingering aftertaste ends gently with a touch of almonds.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers and risottos. It is also perfect with summer salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheese. It goes well with sushi and Asian cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh and natural aromas of the grape variety. This is followed by a brief aging on the yeasts to give the wine complexity and depth.
