About the wine
The fully ripe grapes are harvested at the end of August and lightly pressed. The must is cooled to 10° Celsius. The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With constant quality research, the family has gained an important position among the wineries and wineries of Salento for the company, and has been able to assert itself permanently on foreign markets. The company's philosophy is to produce the best grapes in order to meet its own ambitious goals.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow, persistent, fruity bouquet. Fresh and racy on the first drink, balanced and dry on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif wine with crostini (tuna, salmon, smoked trout) or cubes of parmesan. As an accompaniment to fish, poached chicken or scaloppine al limone.
Vinification
Was removed in stainless steel tanks.
