Chardonnay New Style 2023 - Weingut Salzl

Burgenland Chardonnay was fermented in small oak barrels and aged on fine yeast. It gives off a wonderfully intense scent of ripe fruit with fine wood spiciness, exotic tropical fruit, apples, dried apricots, pineapple, some papaya, vanilla, with a touch of coconut and white chocolate, nuances of incense and pleasant spicy notes. Brilliantly strong and wonderfully lively body, creamy texture, juicy and dense, finely smoky spice, some caramel, vanilla beans, elderflowers, peach, apricot, bananas, papaya, reminiscent of toasted white bread, full-bodied. Power on the palate — lots of fruit with a subtle salty-mineral finish that invigorates and invites you to enjoy!
