About the wine
Ribet” is the sound of the frog (quak) in English. “Wild” Ribet - is the wild, biological “gequake” of the arrogant frog. This excellent Chardonnay presents a bright golden yellow with straw-yellow reflections. It has a very elegant scent of pineapple, hazelnuts, linden blossoms and subtle toasted notes. It is accessible, rich and smooth on the palate with good acidity and a long finish.

Great with seafood, Asian cuisine and spicy Roquefort
Vinification
To preserve their natural freshness, the grapes are harvested at night. Cold maceration without berry skins at 10°C. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 4 weeks and takes place partly in new oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. It is then stored on the yeast for 3 months
