Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow. The bouquet has a good intensity. The roasted aromas are extremely restrained and clearly give priority to the rich fruit. Round on the palate, without sharp acidity, but with freshness and zest, harmonious finale.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The temperature remains constant at 14° - 16°. The subsequent maturing phase lasts twelve months. 2/3 of the mass remains in steel tanks and 1/3 is moved into oak barrels of 10 hectoliters.
