Tasting note
This is the fifteenth year of the Chardonnay from David Finlayson. The Chardonnay David Finlayson Stellenbosch is obtained from five different vineyards. As with previous vintages, the wine shows elegant minerality with lime citrus, sourdough and cinnamon aromas. The firm minerality maintains a wonderful acidity on the palate and shows good aging potential. A floral note of wild, white flowers such as frangipani and almond blossoms is clearly noticeable on the nose and continues on the palate. Many compare it to cooler locations of Burgundy and Chablis, but the focus here is on producing an elegant wine.

Goes well with paella, quails and pork.
