About the wine
The private sparkling wine cellar Reinecker is located in the wine town of Auggen in the heart of the Markgräflerland region. Winegrowing was carried out here as early as the 8th century at the time of Charlemagne and wine has always been grown in the vaulted cellar of the Reinecker family. Since 1987, all wines have been refined into top sparkling wines under the direction of Herbert Reinecker. The result is traditional, classic and very elegant sparkling wines with the highest quality standards.

Tasting note
This sparkling wine is a pure Chardonnay and therefore a Blanc de Blanc, so to speak. The bouquet is correspondingly typical of the variety: with lots of freshness, finesse and creaminess. Fine perlage and a supple, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful aperitif sparkling wine with a nice fruitiness. Equally suitable for starters with fish and poultry or with light desserts.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in small steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle (Méthode Champenoise). The sparkling wine matures in the bottle for at least 3 years before being shaken and disgorged.
