About the wine
ARIEL Vineyards are owned by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. The high-quality grapes grow on the renowned Californian Central Coast, spread between Monterey and Paso Robles. The grape varieties grown there are fermented in a similar way to traditional wines. Some single-variety wines are even aged in oak barrels, then refined and filtered. Finally, 99.5% of alcohol is removed through a cold filtration process. As a result, the traditional characteristics of the wine remain. ARIEL has received great recognition and awards all over the world for its de-alcoholed wines.

Tasting note
ARIEL Chardonnay, with its tropical fruit character and subtle oak from barrel aging, has a distinctive combination of buttery apple and butterscotch aromas combined with a roasted French oak bouquet. This is a dealcoholized wine that continues to grow in complexity as it ages.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spaghetti carbonara, mango mahi, sautéed scallops and crispy duck.
