Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections — on the nose, there are equally intense and complex fruit notes of quince, passion fruit and guava, which are complemented by secondary notes of lemongrass, fresh brioche and spicy shades of white pepper. On the palate, the wine appears extremely fresh and crisp with racy grapefruit notes and repetitive aromas of passion fruit, quince and lemongrass. The creamy texture balances the typical acidity, which carries the wine to the long “finish”. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 33-year-old grape vines in Stellenbosch.
