The Pinot-Noir-accentuated reserve champagne from Gosset-Brabant comes exclusively from their own Grand Cru locations in Ay. It is wonderfully developed, very fresh and vinous. Silky sparkling in the mouth, but at the same time worn with vif and subtle tension.
