About the wine
In the Grands Terroirs of Nogent l'Abbesse (northern Montagne de Reims), the grapes for the Blanc de Blancs ripen to absolute perfection. This location is characterized by its special chalk soils, surfaces and different altitudes, which give this champagne its lively complexity and powerful structure. Here, on the famous Côte des Blancs, the best Chardonnay in the entire region grows, because it provides the elegance of champagne.

Tasting note
In the glass, this exceptional champagne is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fabulous shine. The perlage is particularly fine and long-lasting. Blanc de Blancs smells as elegant and refreshing as a sunny spring morning! Jasmine, linden and acacia flowers meet a complex potpourri of citrus notes and creamy marzipan mousse. On the palate, the power and directness of this great Chardonnay blend fascinate. Crunchy citrus fruits meet white fruit (juicy apple) and slowly turn into aromas of yellow pomelo. The finale is particularly balanced and refreshingly elegant.
