Tasting note
Light golden color with an aromatic and pure nose of citrus fruits and ripe, yellow fruits. Yeast notes of pastry and vanilla. Fresh, dry on the palate with fine perlage and plenty of fullness. The complex champagne has a long-lasting finish with fine brioche notes.

Vinification
Fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit and freshness. The fineness and depth are based on 50% of a stable Solera wine reserve, which consists of all harvests from 1992 to 2021 and 50% from the 2022 vintage. This champagne, which comes from a selection of Pinot Meunier plots, matures on the yeast for at least two years and then receives a dosage of 5g/l.
