About the wine
Here we see the result of Eric's skills as a winemaker. This is a blended saignée rosé that is also enriched by adding Chardonnay and Pinot to the mix. By using a mix of both techniques, Eric has greater control over color and extraction in the final mix. As a result, it also achieves better consistency from year to year.

Tasting note
The nose is complex, powerful, long and characterized by “red berries.” The palate is smooth, powerful, grippy with a touch of subtle oak and typical Rodez almond notes, as well as citrus fruits and minerals.
