About the wine

On the nose, aromas of orange blossom, citrus, peach, white flowers, nutmeg and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied, concentrated, complex, with a beautiful acid backbone, with aromas of bergamot, orange blossom, lemon zest, pear, fresh bread, limestone and a long, intense finish. A top Chablis should be decanted. It goes very well with Asian dishes or oysters.
