About the wine
The loamy, calcareous soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Laroche everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note

Vinification
Whole grape pressing in pneumatic press. The must then rests for 12 hours at 12-15°C in large vats, where the sediments naturally settle and a very clear must remains. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6-month ageing on fine yeast in stainless steel. Minimal filtration to maintain the natural character of the wine
