About the wine
Treat yourself and your guests to the senses with the first-class Chablis AC from 2015! It draws its strength and energy from the shale, calcareous soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Chablis appears in light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, clear, fresh aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers develop, accompanied by a hint of mineral notes typical of the Chablis terroir. On the palate, the wine is lively and precise, with fresh acidity, fine saltiness and an elegant, citrusy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with oysters, seafood, poultry or as an elegant aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks in a temperature-controlled manner to preserve freshness and terroir expression. The aging is also carried out in steel tanks, without the influence of wood, to accentuate the typical minerality and purity.
