Tasting note
Dark pink, reminiscent of cherry juice. At first, the nose shows a certain restraint, but continues to develop in the glass: aromas of raspberries and cherries as well as delicate bread crust shades. On the palate, there are once again many red fruits, including strawberry jelly, with astonishing intensity and structure. The wine is very balanced and has a suitable freshness. The fruit aromas remain present until the great finale.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal for summer dishes, cheese or vegetable cakes, cold roasts, salmon tartare and fish or light meat dishes. It goes well with a variety of pasta dishes and spicy cheeses such as goat cheese or chaumes.
