About the wine
Aromas of tropical passion fruit, melon and white peach with notes of fresh lemon thyme. Bright and juicy on the palate with a long, tasty aftertaste.

Tasting note
Brilliant, bright gold with fine light green reflections. Intense, vegetal bouquet characterized by young Sauvignon with fine cassis and gooseberry notes, exotic, ripe papaya, very mineral in the finale. Very long start, well-integrated acidity, distinctive palate aromas, creamy, slightly sweet, powerful body. Lively, very typical New Zealand Sauvignon, a discovery from the other end of the world.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans such as lobster à l'américaine with toast and lemongrass ricotta ravioli.
Vinification
After harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. They were then fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural fruitfulness.
