About the wine
The Casa de la Ermita family winery was founded in 1999 in the heart of the Sierra del Carche Valley, a national park in the Jumilla wine region, south of Valencia. I come from north-facing vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters in the Sierra del Carche Valley.

Tasting note
I develop notes of peach, orange and lemon with a hint of mint on the nose. On the palate, I am wonderfully fruity and fresh, with a nice minerality on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
I go great with spicy dishes such as BBQ prawns with a little chilli butter, summer salads with salty halloumi or grilled watermelon with feta.
Vinification
To keep them fresh, my grapes are harvested at night, fermented in cool conditions and then aged in steel tanks. I am pressed from the Petit Verdot grape variety, which gives me intense fruit aromas and some structure on the palate.
